1st HCDI Innovation Challenge

Hellenic Center for Defence Innovation (HCDI S.A.), in the context of its launch, it announces its first Innovation Action, aimed at mobilizing the productive forces of the country by highlighting new, original, and innovative ideas/proposals based on new technologies. The goal is to showcase innovation as a competitive advantage while also highlighting the potential for collaborative frameworks. Interested parties can choose between two thematic areas concerning:

1. Presentation of a system aimed at real-time recognition of various types of vehicles of interest (maritime, terrestrial, and aerial), regardless of the viewing angle, using data from sensors operating in the optical and infrared spectrum (EO/IR).

2. Presentation of a platform for managing unmanned systems, whether individual or organized in swarms. Management refers to the ability to monitor operational parameters and oversee mission management and communication links.

We invite the Greek Innovation Ecosystem (research entities, start-ups, defense industry companies, and other economic actors) to participate with their innovative and disruptive ideas!
